The first time I went to this place it was great. The manager was in the area. He came talk to us. The food was great. The service was great too. The second time I went not so much. People came in after us and not only did they get their food before I did, they managed to leave before I did. We were ignored pretty much most of the time, unless I reached out for the waitress. It was not that busy. She was also not very informs. I was trying to see if I can get a hummus appetizer, but not the full amount because it’s only for one person and she seemed extremely confused and unaccommodating. At the end when I finally called her over for the check , she’s standing right there while I’m trying to manage my bill. It got very awkward because it only allows for 18% tip minimum. I wanted to leave 15% .to convey a message and unfortunately, she just loomed over my head and it just made the situation very uncomfortable. Maybe it was a one off I might give it another chance. I’m not sure yet, but that second visit was extremely disappointing.
Had a burger of all things and it was great!!
My daughter and I have been going to Zorba's for over ten years and it is hands down our favorite restaurant! The service is friendly, pleasant, and fast, they even know our order when we walk in since we are there so often. The food is always amazing, the quality is always consistent and delicious. Plus, there are not many places you can go to for dinner anymore without it being a small fortune, their prices are great!! I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!!
I like this place and the food is good. This is only regarding my experience today. This would be a 5 star across the board except for today. !/20/24 at about 3 p.m. I ordered a medium greek salad and a gyro and 2 souvlakis. I said to the gentleman making my sandwich to "make it good" and he did. I was happy with the way he made it. He heard me and I felt the sandwich was made the way I like it. He gave it to the man who put the vegetables on it and it was good.
The young lady (cashier/packer) comes along and writes "gyro" on it and I told her that was for me. The gentleman who made the sandwich said it was for me. She puts it I a bag and I am thinking she is going to set it with the rest of my order and 2 seconds after me and the guy who made the sandwich told her it was for me she turned around and gave it to another customer. I said to her..."we told you that was for me"...Her response was "oh I am sorry etc...."
What annoyed me most was that everyone listened except the cashier/packer. She was told specifically and did not pay attention. She took my order and gave it to someone else. The sandwich maker and the salad man get 5 starts. She only gets 2. Why? Because when she was told by me and the sandwich maker...we were all 1-2 feet apart. So she was not paying attention and messed up my order.
Such nice, fresh food again this afternoon. Our waitress was friendly and professional (Ciarra) and the guys were flexible about keeping tomatoes and peppers out of our salads--THANK YOU. They used shredded lettuce as a base, which meant an extra step for them. We really enjoy the salads, their dressing really makes it. And the yogurt sauce never disappoints. Chicken souvlaki is such a favorite that we almost can't bring ourselves to try new dishes? Whole wheat pita is really appreciated by our family. Cinnamon and almond cookies are special! Thanks ZORBA.
Love, love, love! Discovered Greek fries here and no matter how many other places I try them, Zorba's are *still* the best! Hands down! They always serve delicious, fresh food. Highly recommend!
We went on a thursday dinner.
We understood they didn't have the lemon potatoes.
It was a shame none of the desserts had come for a weekend.
We did do their rice pudding to share, and that was lovely..
The weight staff was great and the food was excellent..
Zorba has some of the best tasting falafels I’ve ever had. I always get their falafel sandwich with fries and have it with tzatziki and hot sauce. So good. Must try! Friendly staff as well. The only thing I wish they had was a nice drink …
